Answers
Are Lottery Clubs And Pools Legal?
Yes. States and countries with lotteries recognize lottery clubs and pool
playing. A Lotto Luck does not sell lottery tickets. Only retailers who have been contracted
by the lottery corporation are authorized to sell tickets. A Lotto Luck purchases tickets from one of these authorized vendors. A Lotto Luck promotes pool playing
and wheeling systems to enhance the chances of winning in the lottery. If there are no lotteries where you
live, this might be your only opportunity to play.

How do I know you actually used my money to buy tickets?
We buy all tickets for all pools and prove that we do by publishing copies of the receipts for purchased tickets online.
All receipts are downloadable from the web site. You may download them and make copies for your records.

How many different types of lotto pools are offered by A Lotto Luck?
We only play the Mega Millions Lottery right now for each pool.
We may expand to other games in the near future. We play this one because the payout is
high and that makes pool playing more lucrative, that is, more winnings to divide equally
among the winning pool members.

How many tickets do you play per pool?
We buy 200 tickets for each pool every month, assuming all members make their payments on time.
[ top ]
How often do you play?
We play 200 tickets once a month for all pools. We use different number combinations for each draw and play different number combinations for each pool. Sometimes a jackpot is so high that it justifies playing all the pools' tickets on 1 monthly draw, on the earliest possible draw.

Will I know what number combinations are being played in my pool?
Yes. All numbers played for each pool are displayed publicly on our web site, prior to the draw, as is the draw date for which they are selected.

Once I join a pool, do I have to stay in the same pool?
We place you in a pool according to membership number to make the pools as equal in number as possible. There is no advantage of one pool over another.
[ top ]
How many members are in a pool?
We try to get 20 members for each pool. We do not accept more than 20, as more would
spread the shared winnings too thinly. If a pool does not gain 20 members we buy tickets anyway, with the money collected from the playing pool members.

Can I join more than one pool?
So long as there are openings, you may join one, two, three, or all four
pools.
[ top ]
Why only four pools?
Right now, four pools seems adaquate, but if we fill all four pools with members
and there are still requests for memberships, we may set up another pool (or more) to keep people
happy.
[ top ]
Are these pools guaranteed to win?
No, it's impossible to guarantee a win in a lottery, but we can guarantee increasing
your chances of a win considerably by becoming a pool member because it boils down to pure math.
(See calculating odds)

Who can join these pools?
Anyone who is 18 years of age or older and who can pay for their membership each
month with a credit card.
[ top ]
Can I play my own numbers in your pools?
No, we pick all numbers using various methods, but you always know in advance what numbers are being
played in your pool for the month by checking this web site.
In the near future, we'll organize a section of our site wherein members may suggest number combinations
and wheeling methodologies.

Is this a get-rich-quick-scheme?
Absolutely not! Lottery pool playing is a legitimate activity,
recognized by all states conducting lotteries. It can be considered a way to get rich quick, only in the sense that
by playing, you may instantly become a milionaire if you win. But this is exactly the attraction to the lottery, isn't it?

How do members pay for the pools?
Payments are made
securely online using your credit card through PayPal. You may buy a one month membership or a membership for an entire year. We do not make recurring payments from your account. You join only when you want and for how long you want. You'll make your payments either to our PayPal email address (emersonstudios1@juno.com) or by a link page we set up for you.

Where do you purchase the lottery tickets?
We purchase all tickets from a local authorized lottery agent here in Shrewsbury, MA USA.
[ top ]
How much do I pay?
You pay $12 every month to buy your share in the pool, which is 10 tickets. Pools consist of
20 members, so each month your money goes toward the purchase of 200 tickets, assuming all members pay which significantly increases
your chances of winning. $2 is the membership fee applied monthly, which helps us keep
this web site going.
[ top ]
When do I pay?
You pay only when you join or when you renew your membership. We do not make recurring payments on your account.
[ top ]
How will paying by credit card be reflected on my monthly credit card statement?
Your credit card statement should record your membership purchase as having been a "Paypal" transaction and "imaginegraph" may also appear, which means, you have purchased through Imagine Graphics' secure Paypal account. Imagine Graphics is one of the graphics and web design company owned by your pool operators.

How soon after joining A Lotto Luck will I be placed in a pool?
You are placed in a pool immediately and are then elegible to play in that pool's very next scheduled draw. For example, if you joined on December 23rd and the next scheduled draw for your pool is January 2nd, you'd be in that draw and share equally in any winnings.

How soon will I know the win results?
Results to all pool plays are posted the next day after the draw on our home page by noon.

What winning combinations do you pay out?

If my pool wins, how soon do I get my winnings and how are they paid out?
When we receive the lottery money, we deposit your share of the win your Paypal account or we send you a check. You decide which.
We make payouts for winnings as soon as possible. Winnings must accrue to $10 per member before we can pay them, but ALL winnings are paid. For payments by check, we deduct $1 from the winnings. No deduction is made for a Paypal payment, not withstanding any fees PayPal itself my incur on your account.
[ top ]
Do your take annuity or cash for the jackpot?
We would take the cash. This way, it is easier to equally divide the jackpot among members.
[ top ]
What if I fail to pay my month's membership fee?
If you do not pay your month's membership fee, or if we get it late, you may not share in the winnings, if any, for the month your pool plays. This is only fair, as your membership fee is used to purchase tickets for the whole pool. Consequently, your pool's tickets are reduced by 10. We will play tickets even if only 2 pool members have paid for the month, which means that the pool has 30 tickets to play (we play every month in every pool and count as one member) and that if a win occurs, the 2 paying member share it equally with us (1 member), or three ways. We see no reason to penalize the pool itself for non-payment by some members. Remember, the pool's chances of winning are reduced for every member who does not pay for the month while non-paying pool members have no chance, of course.
